How it came about

This project is a fusion of my graduation project “Gelukszoekers” and my clothing brand “Unfino”.

Both projects have been discontinued. This allows me to fully focus on this project. Various elements from both previous projects are included in this project.

Meaning

Unfino (UNFINished Original) creates content for, by and about refugees in the Netherlands.

“No matter what you look like, no matter where you were born, everyone wants to live a safe and free existence. Refugees are and will always be people, each an Unfinished Original (Unfino), just like you and me. They are unique and creative people with gifts and talents. I want to create a space where people feel seen and keep each other inspired. Progressive towards a society where we give refugees the opportunity to be involved in society, so that they can truly integrate.”
